Many of our homes feature luxurious amenities such as private pools, tiki bars, elevators, state of the art theater rooms, game rooms, gourmet kitchens, multiple master bedrooms with private baths and plenty of space to lounge!

Whether you envision a beach wedding and a poolside reception at an oceanfront home, or a sunset ceremony with an evening of dancing overlooking the calm, Pamlico Sound, we offer both… and everything in between. Surf or Sound Realty has premier accommodations for your family, friends and guests too! We can help them find homes near the event home so that everyone is close by making it easy to attend your wedding and socialize. There are also transportation companies on the island that can easily shuttle your guests to and from the event. Many of our event homes allow tents and other event rental items.
