5 HOW LONG AND WHERE: I have been baking and decorating for 38 years.  I've owned several business' and have been established as Great Cakes! of the Outer Banks for 6 seasons.
6 BEST ADVICE: Get a wedding planner and have a plan B in place in case of weather issues.

7 FAVORITE PART OF THE JOB: I get up everyday and think of my brides and their cakes and not money.  Meeting with the brides, baking and decorating are all my passions.  I love the challenge of new designs and creativity and love the vendors I work with.  I'm living everyone dream life...OBX, and a business I can love and be proud of.
8 FAVORITE PLACE: Frisco / Hatteras beaches...especially on Horseback!
9 FAVORITE HOBBIES: I really enjoy my home, gardening and my reef tanks and fresh water aquariums.  I love having my grandkids (3 of them) only 6 houses away and working out of my home.
10 FAVORITE MEAL: Steak and Lobster w/ a salad....no dessert please :-)
