How long and where? We began as a part time venture in 1984. We have now been in business for over 25 years and have several franchise offices in the following cities: Morehead City, Wilmington, Wilson, Myrtle Beach, Winston Salem, Pinehurst, The Outer Banks, and Raleigh.

Best advice you have? My best advice to a friend or anyone who is planning there special day on the Outer Banks would be to find the best of the best in each area of the planning phase. Whether it be choosing an event place or space, caterers, planners, florists, photographers, DJ's, Videographers, officiants, Cake/bakery, etc. Look for people that are known to do great work and have good reputations and someone that you like in terms of doing possible business with. Establishing a good comfort level with these different vendors is very important. If you can wrap up all these things to suit your needs and feel comfortable at this point then you have a good chance in an excellent turnout.

What is your favorite part of the job? My favorite part of the job of being a DJ is the entertaining part of it. Watching as people have a great time and certainly the end result in making people happy from the job that I have done. Hearing people say "We loved our DJ" he had a great speaking voice, an outgoing personality, he cared about what was happening, and kept a nice flow of things and the party rockin' the entire time.

What is your favorite place? I can't say that I have a favorite place or spot on the Outer Banks of North Carolina because there are so many beautiful places.

What are your favorite hobbies? I like to water ski, snow ski, surf, fish, lift weights, cook, listen to good classic rock, and finally entertain lots of people.
