BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY: I will personally take the time to meet with brides and grooms to understand your needs so that your wedding cake experience will meet your expectations.

   
WHAT SETS YOU APART: Simplicity is what I strive for in a cake. Buttercakes with (old-fashioned buttercream icing) is my trademark.  Made with the finest ingredients and baked just the day before the wedding.  All my shells are handmade with the best chocolate available.

HOW LONG AND WHERE: I have been making cakes for 12 years and wedding cakes for 10 years.  Located just 5 miles from Nags Head on Roanoke Island in the charming village of Wanchese.

BEST ADVICE: If you are planning a wedding in May, June, September or October - you need to book a cake at least 6 months in advance.  I personally only do 2 cakes a weekend so I do book up quickly!!

FAVORITE PART OF THE JOB: Meeting new people and see the excitement about their upcoming weddings.

FAVORITE PLACE: The beach!!!!!!!!!!!!

FAVORITE HOBBIES: I love to cook, photography and scrapbook!!

FAVORITE MEAL: Fresh seafood from my husbands commercial fishing boat with my famous cornbread, coleslaw and chocolate supreme for dessert!!
