The Saltaire is a luxury vacation home that provides accommodations and an event venue for both beach and garden weddings on the Outer Banks, including ceremonies, receptions, luncheons, rehearsals and more. An event rental at the house provides tables, chairs, dinnerware, set-up and clean-up for up to 125 people – to minimize party rentals for the bride and groom.

We also offer wedding planning weekends in the spring, fall and winter so couples along with family and/or friends may experience The Saltaire and have vendor appointments at their convenience at the house during their stay.

Ron & June Forlano have lived on the Outer Banks for over 20 years and have been hosting weddings on The Saltaire property for over 6 years.

Your best advice for an OBX wedding:

Remember that the temperature is often hovering around 100 degrees in the middle of summer, so off-season beach weddings or in-season garden weddings will create the best photographs.
