We are a full service event/wedding rental equipment company offering event tents, tables, chairs, glassware, china, flatware, dance floors, lighting, benches, linen and much more. We offer quality equipment, service and delivery, set up and take down to any location on the Outer Banks, seven days a week.

Business philosophy:

We provide exceptional rental products at a reasonable price for weddings and events on the Outer Banks and surrounding areas. We believe our people, with their knowledge of the area and wedding/event planning, offer the customer an exceptional, friendly place to plan their special day.

What sets you apart:

We created the Showroom, in Kill Devil Hills, as the perfect place for event planners, brides, their family and friends and have an enjoyable time experimenting with place settings, chair styles, table sizes, arches, catering goods, linens and much, much more.
We offer a friendly atmosphere with a strong desire to help our customer make their event dreams become a reality. Our showroom is open 7 days a week, 9 am to 5pm.

How long have you been in business and where?

Ocean Atlantic Rentals, our parent company, has been providing beach equipment rentals on the Outer Banks for over 30 years.
Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals has been servicing the Outer Banks and surrounding areas since 2004.

Best advice you would give a friend getting married on the Outer Banks:

Plan ahead! Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals recommends reserving rental equipment at least 6 months in advance.
Have a “Plan A” for great beach weather, but also have a “Plan B” considering poor weather conditions and other uncontrollable factors.

Favorite part of the job:

Our favorite part of the job is the finished product. The day of the event, with the tent and small details in place really makes our job very rewarding.

Favorite place:

The water. Many of us enjoy surfing, fishing, kite surfing and the like. The Atlantic Ocean is the reason most of us live here.

Favorite hobbies:

We enjoy strengthening our Outer Banks community through assorted charitable work such as the Relay for Life, March of Dimes, Food for Thought, Outer Banks Community Foundation, Make a Wish Foundation and other local outreach programs.
